RoShay Services seeks a seasoned SAP AI Governance Consultant to lead design and implementation of AI-enabled business processes within SAP across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain. You will define governance frameworks, access models and controls, assess risks, and collaborate with senior leaders and clients to deliver compliant solutions. Travel flexibility and U.S.

work eligibility are required. Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into practical AI governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP functional consulting, automation, or AI transformation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with AI, automation, SAP BTP, workflows, APIs, and security controls.
• Understanding of identity, authorization, and governance controls.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include

• Developing governance frameworks for AI agents, including identity, roles, lifecycle management, and oversight controls
• Applying SAP functional expertise to define AI responsibilities, access models, and compliance requirements
• Evaluating risks in AI-enabled processes and designing control frameworks, escalation, and monitoring mechanisms
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish governed access to SAP applications and data
• Facilitating client workshops, supporting engagement delivery, and contributing to thought leadership and proposals
• Upholding professional integrity and fostering a respectful work environment

Qualifications include

• At least five years of experience in SAP functional consulting, automation, AI transformation, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes such as Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain
• Experience with AI, automation technologies, SAP BTP, workflows, APIs, and security controls
• Understanding of identity and authorization concepts and governance controls
• Excellent communication skills for working with senior leaders and clients
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI and governance solutions
