Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll specialist to lead On-Prem configuration and to drive the ECP cloud conversion for global deployments. This role focuses on ECC 5.0+ configurations, cloud migration planning, and rigorous testing across environments.

You will develop functional specifications, analyze interfaces, and collaborate with stakeholders to finalize designs and obtain testing sign-offs for successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP On-Prem payroll configuration experience (ECC 5.0 or higher).
• Hands-on with ECP (Cloud) conversion and configuration.
• Experience in global ECP implementations across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with integration and testing in multi-country payroll environments.

Responsibilities

• SAP On-Prem Payroll configuration, design, and resolving issues in live ECC 5.0+ production systems.
• Design and analysis for ECP payroll conversion from SAP On-Prem to ECP (Cloud).
• ECP payroll configuration and setup.
• Create functional specifications and other configuration documentation.
• Analyze interfaces and integration requirements.
• Perform unit testing of configuration.
• Author and execute integration test scripts; record results as pass/fail.
• Collaborate with customers to verify designs and gain testing sign-offs.
