EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery of SAP solutions in an agile environment. You will guide teams, collaborate with clients, and ensure quality and timely delivery across projects.

The role requires strong ABAP expertise, S/4HANA/ECC experience, and a proactive approach to risk management. Travel up to 40–60% is expected; EY offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–6 years SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong ABAP expertise including OO ABAP, modularization, debugging.
• Experience designing, developing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC; integration across SAP modules; ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP back-end integration.
• Understand SAP Data Dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile delivery models and DevOps in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies such as Solution Manager, PI/PO, SAP LT, Data Services, SAP Security.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client-ready documentation.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and establish procedures for the work area.
• Exercise judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria for results.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
• Engage with external clients, lead sessions, and manage workstreams from planning to closure.
• Collaborate with leads, architects, and stakeholders to drive integrated SAP solutions.
• Maintain focus on quality, risk management, and delivery timelines.
