Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery of SAP solutions for clients in an agile environment. You will guide teams, translate business requirements into scalable ABAP-based applications, and manage risk across projects.

The role requires 4–6 years of ABAP experience, S/4HANA familiarity, and ability to travel 40–60%. You will collaborate with functional leads, architects, and client stakeholders to drive successful SAP implementations.

Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development and programming.
ABAP OO, modularization, debugging and troubleshooting.
Experience with reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC; integration across SAP modules.
Proficiency in ABAP Fiori/UI5 development and ABAP back-end integration.
Strong understanding of SAP Data Dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with SAP technologies such as Solution Manager, PI/PO/CPI, SAP LT, Data Services, and SAP Security.
Excellent written and verbal communication; client-ready documentation.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.
