Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation in the United States seeks an experienced SAP Data Archiving Specialist to optimize data retention, identify inactive data, and archive safely.

You will configure the SAP archiving environment, run SARA-based jobs, monitor data growth, and coordinate with SAP Basis, functional, and business teams on retention policies.

Experience with SAP Content Server and archiving objects is preferred; 6–8 years in SAP data archiving is required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Archiving.
• Knowledge of SAP Archiving Object configuration and transaction SARA.
• Experience with archiving write, delete, and read jobs.
• Understanding of SAP database growth and data volume management.
• Knowledge of data retention policies and archiving processes.
• Experience coordinating with SAP Basis, functional, and business teams.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying inactive SAP data, archiving it safely, managing storage, and ensuring compliance with business and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the technical SAP archiving environment, including file paths and storage systems such as SAP Content Server.
