Job summary

Faith Works Counseling in Santa Fe, New Mexico is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our office-based team. You will provide compassionate therapy, build rapport with clients, and create individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
• NM licensure or eligible for licensure (LPCC/LCSW/LMFT etc.).
• Residence in or around Santa Fe, NM.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with clients to facilitate progress in mental health.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs.
• Meet regularly with clients for ongoing counseling and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure client confidentiality.
• Involve family members when appropriate to enhance support.
• Refer clients to specialists or outside agencies when necessary.
