Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Mental Health Therapist for a fully remote telehealth role serving clients statewide. This full-time position offers a stable schedule, with sessions Monday–Friday and a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year.

You’ll hold a Master’s degree in a related field, NM licensure, and provide confidential individual therapy with supervision and compliant with NM telehealth rules.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT or related field.
• Active NM license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience in clinical mental health therapy.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology.

Responsibilities

Mental Health Therapist – Santa Fe, New Mexico

Position: Full-Time
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Position

This remote role is open to therapists licensed in New Mexico who will work with clients across the state through virtual appointments. You’ll handle your own scheduled sessions while staying connected with a clinical supervisor for guidance on cases that need additional review. The position combines independent therapy work with regular supervision, documentation, and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling through secure video sessions
• Meet with new and returning clients throughout the week
• Keep notes and required case information current
• Bring complex or higher-risk cases to your clinical supervisor
• Take part in scheduled supervision and team discussions
• Follow through on clinical concerns that need additional attention
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Follow New Mexico licensing and telehealth requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT or related field
• Active NM license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.)
• Experience in clinical mental health therapy
