Reports to the University Dining Assistant Manager for DeBot Upper Dining Center and the Student Manager- Upper DeBot Dining Center with daily tasks assigned by Sous Chefs.
The Sanitization Specialist/Ware Washer is responsible for ensuring that all china, glassware, and silverware are properly cleaned, washed, and sanitized in a timely manner. Ensure that a proper supply of clean china and utensils are delivered to the front of house during meal service. Weekend shifts will be required.
