Prc Inc. in Utah is seeking a reliable Sanitation Worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the property. You will scour, scrub, mop, and polish using various tools and cleaners, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and clear English communication. Shifts run Monday through Thursday from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm, with duties including trash removal, restroom and kitchen sanitization, and

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the property.
• Transports cleaning supplies using a cleaning cart.
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, kitchens and dining areas.
• Washes dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
• Cleans surfaces and mirrors; vacuums floors and furniture.
• Stocks towels, hand towels and refills hand soap in bathrooms.
• Picks up and empties trash containers.
• Reports maintenance issues to supervisor and performs related duties.

Keep building clean and sanitary by scouring, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing using various tools, equipment, and cleaning materials.

Requirements

Sanitation Worker Job Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout assigned property.
• Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.
• Clean up the trash outside, after the dumpster is picked up to be emptied.
• Cleans and disinfects bathrooms.
• Cleans and disinfects kitchen and dining areas.
• Washes dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans.
• Wipes and dusts surface in rooms and cleans mirrors.
• Vacuums and cleans floors, and furniture.
• Stocks towels, washcloths, hand towels and refills hand soap in bathrooms.
• Picks up and empties trash containers.
• In commercial property, maintenance notifies if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
• Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
