Job summary

Bonduelle Americas in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Sanitarian to support our production team by ensuring sanitation, safety and quality standards are met in multiple refrigerated areas. You will work closely with an experienced Sanitarian (Level 2) to maintain clean, compliant equipment and spaces.

The role emphasizes following GMPs, food safety policies, and proper documentation while wearing PPE and operating safely in a cold environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Must be able to perform tasks under strict time limits.

Responsibilities

• Follow all GMP procedures.
• Follow all Food Safety, Food Quality and Food Security Policies.
• Report any equipment failure to the Sanitation Manager/Supervisor.
• Set up and tear down production equipment as needed to perform cleaning applications.
• Use chemicals to clean and sanitize food contact and non-food contact surfaces.
• Inspect equipment before releasing the line for sanitation.
• Document tasks performed on sanitation checklists.
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures.
• Clean conveyor belts, floors, walls and other facility areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
