Job summary

Moonlight Companies is seeking a sanitation technician in Reedley, California, to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment in the facility. The role requires adherence to GMPs, SSOPs, and safety standards to protect product quality.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks across production, packaging, and storage areas. The job involves handling chemicals safely and following the master cleaning schedule, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Ability to be exposed to sanitation/cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation of equipment and facilities in production areas.
• Follow SSOP, GMP, and safety procedures.
• Assemble/disassemble equipment for cleaning per SSOP standards.
• Follow master cleaning schedule and perform duties in production areas, warehouse, packaging, and equipment.
• Operate equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Clean floors and wash areas in production and storage spaces.
• Sanitize fruit processing equipment and related surfaces.
• Report violations and injuries to supervisor immediately.
• Educate staff on proper use of equipment and safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
