Job summary

ABM Industries is hiring a Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner in Goodyear, AZ. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, operating cleaning equipment, and handling cleaning chemicals to support safe facilities. Shift options include 7am–5:30pm or 6pm–4:30am with 10 hour shifts and 4 day weeks.

Pay ranges from $16.59 to $18.09 per hour, with actual offers based on experience and location. ABM provides a comprehensive benefits package for eligible frontline team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• Preferred: 1 year of similar work experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and service/restock supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow work schedules, route cards, and report barriers.
• Move furniture and equipment to clean areas as needed.
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions.
• Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Notify management of repairs or needs, and maintain communication with clients and supervisors.
