Job summary

CARL BUDDIG GROUP in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Sanitation I to prepare and sanitize production lines for the 3rd shift. The role involves disassembling, cleaning, reassembling the Triangle system, and cleaning conveyors and slicers to ensure a safe, compliant food production environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, SSOP certification, and ability to operate a scissor lift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• SSOP certification required.
• Training provided for lift and system operation.
• Ability to print, read and speak simple sentences.
• Basic math and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly of the Triangle system.
• Cleaning of the Triangle scale system.
• Reassembly of the Triangle system.
• Cleaning of the “steep” conveyor.
• Cleaning of the Urschel slicer.
• Cleaning of the “Z” conveyor.
• Other duties as assigned (night shifts when Triangle is not cleaned).
• Maintain safety and quality of food production; report issues to supervisor or QA.
