Job summary

Old Wisconsin is seeking a Sanitation I in Sheboygan, WI. The role involves disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and test-running the Triangle line seven scaling and feeding system before shift start-up, plus cleaning other conveyors and slicers as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, SSOP certification, and the ability to lift heavy loads (over 100 pounds) and work in a loud, cold food-processing environment.

Qualifications

• Receive SSOP certification.
• Able to print and speak simple sentences.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic with weight/volume/money.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble the Triangle system.
• Clean the Triangle scale system.
• Reassemble the Triangle system.
• Clean the steep conveyor and Urschel slicer.
• Clean the Z conveyor and related components.
• Report safety/quality issues to supervisor or QA.
