Responsibilities

• Maintain and sanitize facilities (casings) machinery and equipment for efficient production.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Use proper personal protective equipment effectively.
• Work hands-on at high speed and lift over 50 pounds.
• Keep work areas clean and follow proper food safety protocols.
• Adhere to JBS specifications to ensure meat quality.
• Stay aware of surroundings and notify a supervisor if hazards are found.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks with little supervision, including scrubbing walls, floors, and tables.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
