Litehouse Foods in Sandpoint, ID seeks a Sanitation Technician I to uphold cleanliness and food safety in our facility. Shift Wed–Sat 7:30pm–6am; starting pay $19.06/hr with additional shift differentials. You will clean and sanitize storage containers, tanks, and equipment, maintain organization, and document tasks.

Must have a high school diploma or GED; training provided; background check required. Litehouse offers a strong benefits package and a culture where every team member is an owner.

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Mechanical aptitude: able to identify issues during equipment cleaning.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and documentation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and industrial equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize food storage containers, tanks, and production equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in multiple facility areas
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment using chemicals and water systems
• Inspect completed sanitation tasks to ensure compliance with standards
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Adhere to food safety policies and report any safety or quality concerns
• Contribute to overall facility cleanliness and sanitation
• Work overtime and weekends as needed to support production demands
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Pay: 2nd shift is $1.50/hr, 3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr
