Ardent Mills seeks a Sanitation Utility Operator for 1st shift at our Wichita facility. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing processing equipment, disassembling/reassembling for sanitation, and maintaining accurate records. You must be able to operate in a plant environment, handle up to 50 lbs, and work a rotating schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor up to 50 lbs.
• Must read, follow and retain detailed cleaning instructions.
• Able to work in rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general sanitation duties including cleaning and sanitation of equipment, floors, walls and racks.
• Disassemble and reassemble processing equipment for cleaning.
• Complete accurate paperwork and records related to sanitation tasks.
• Assist in light maintenance of processing equipment as needed.
• Work safely and adhere to PPE requirements in a plant environment.
