Prime Beverage Group in Kannapolis, NC, is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Specialist. You will ensure equipment cleaning and sanitization per internal and client specifications, monitor CIP/COP processes, and verify chemical concentrations.

The role reports to the Sanitation Supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in manufacturing, basic GMP knowledge, and proficiency with PLCs and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• HAACP or food safety training a plus.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Basic understanding of GMP and sanitation principles.
• Ability to operate a PLC and use Excel.

Aufgaben

• Maintain food safety by cleaning and sanitizing per schedule.
• Coordinate CIP/COP across departments to minimize disruption.
• Monitor COP activities and provide coaching as needed.
• Record CIP parameters: time, temperature, flow, chem concentrations.
• Escalate downtime during COP and CIP processes.
• Titrate and verify foamer chemical concentrations; report out-of-specs.
• Titrate sanitizer concentrations in Blending room; report OOS.
• Check CIP skid chemical levels and notify supervisor if low.
• Perform floor cleaning when rinse-free periods occur.
• Assist housekeeping with pasteurizer tasks and record results.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely; follow GMP and SOPs.
• Other tasks as assigned.
