Prime Beverage Group is seeking a team-oriented Sanitation Specialist to ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized per internal and client specifications. You will monitor CIP/COP processes, maintain chemical concentrations, and coordinate cleaning across departments.

The role requires record-keeping of critical parameters, escalation of out-of-spec results, and collaboration with Operations, Blending, and Quality Control Lab. Training in HAACP or food safety is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with similar functions.
• HAACP or some form of food safety training a plus.
• Ability to organize and coordinate diverse activities.
• Prolonged standing and ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitation principles in a food/beverage environment.
• Basic understanding of working in GMP environment.

Aufgaben

• Ensure food safety is maintained by confirming that equipment is cleaned and sanitized with the appropriate process based on product matrix and defined cleaning schedule.
• Coordinate with Operations and Blending to ensure equipment cleaning occurs on defined schedule with minimal disruptions to production. Coordinate with Quality Control Lab to inspect equipment after COP and CIP processes.
• Monitor COP activities alongside Operations and provide coaching as needed. Use COP tanks to clean removable parts when requested.
• Monitor, measure, and record critical CIP process parameters such as time, temperature, flow, and chemical concentrations.
• Ensure timely escalation of any expected or observed downtime during COP and CIP processes.
• Verify concentration of foamer chemicals via titration, record results, escalate out-of-spec results to proper personnel.
• Verify concentration of sanitizer in Blending room bins via titration, record results, escalate out-of-spec results to proper personnel.
• Check chemical levels at the CIP skid and notify supervisor when low or out.
• During periods with no rinses, COPs, or CIPs, Run floor scrubbers in high traffic areas; Clean and sanitize CIP skid work area, including tanks, piping, and floors; Assist Housekeeping team with pasteurizer screen cleaning and record results; Check critical pasteurizer chemical levels and notify supervisor of any OOS results; Clean and sanitize exterior of blenders in filler rooms, including tanks, piping, and floors; Assist Housekeeping team with daily tasks; If unsure what to do, contact supervisor for instruction.
• Handle hazardous chemicals correctly and safely.
• Adhere to company policies, GMP requirements, and applicable SOPs.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• During periods with no rinses, COPs, or CIPs, complete the following tasks, according to the priority stated below: Run floor scrubbers in high traffic areas.
