Job summary

aerīz is seeking a Cultivation Sanitation Technician to maintain cleanliness and sterilization of grow room equipment. This entry-level role allows for learning and growth within the company.

The technician will report directly to the IPEM Lead and work on-site in Riverbank, CA. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be willing to comply with health and safety standards.

Description

The Cultivation Sanitation Technician maintains the cleanliness, and sterilization of all the grow room equipment. The entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the Company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time. This role will report directly to the IPEM Lead/supervisor and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca.

Department: Cultivation

Location: Riverbank, CA

Compensation: $18.00 / hour

Responsibilities

• Clean grow tables and grow rooms after flower room harvests, and vegetative transplant and assist in daily sanitation protocols to ensure a sterile growing environment is maintained.
• Complete all the required logs and documentation.
• Secure designated areas, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and tour ready facility.
• Wiping down racks, guard rails, and walls as necessary.
• Maintain continuous inventory of supplies and report needs to manager or lead.
• Restock supplies in common spaces as needed.
• Comply with all health and safety standards including those of the Organization, Public Health Department and other governing entities.
• Report unusual occurrences or damage.
• Other cultivation duties as assigned.

• This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
• Must be willing to be clean shaved for respirator FIT Testing and mask use.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Requires the manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and hand tools.

Work Environment

This position involves a fair amount of manual labor which requires repetitive tasks. This position operates indoor which can reach different temperatures. This position may require working at heights up to or exceeding 10 feet. The site operates on weekends and holidays, and standard work hours may apply regardless of day or season.
