Job summary

Didion Milling is seeking a Food Quality Technician in Cambria, WI, with a 6AM–6PM 2-2-3 rotation. Compensation ranges from $22 to $26 per hour, plus a $3.00/hour shift premium and 40 hours of extra PTO annually. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to GMP in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include routine testing, data recording, and collaboration with a team dedicated to quality and continuous improvement. Prior lab experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Food Quality Technician

Schedule: 6AM–6PM | 2-2-3 rotation schedule

Location: Cambria, WI

Compensation: $22-$26 per hour (based on experience)

Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour | Extra PTO: 40 hours annually

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
• Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
• Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.

Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!

• Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments.
• Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

(Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)
