Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Sanitation I for the 3rd shift at our Seabrook, NJ location. The role focuses on sanitation tasks, food safety, and GMP compliance to ensure a safe and productive plant environment.

You will support CIP procedures and document completion in a fast-paced setting. The starting hourly rate is $21.67/hr with 3rd shift differential of $0.45/hr and union-based medical insurance through Local Union 152.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete and maintain the Lassonde Pappas Forklift Certification.
• Ability to Read and Write.
• Work in a safe manner following all PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation tasks (Master Cleaning Schedule)
• Follow all sanitation safety and food safety guidelines
• Support Production CIPs
• Complete all associated documents related to task per facility document requirements
• Work with chemicals to complete cleaning
• Operate PIT equipment
• Operate Cleaning equipment
• This role will be required to taste test products as needed, up to a couple of ounces per test.
