Responsibilities Include

• Follow South Jersey Bakery cleaning standards and SOP for cleaning
• Follow food safety standards
• Clean equipment following specific cleaning procedures for each type of equipment
• Able to use electronic record keeping to follow along job paths
• Proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools
• Washing racks, baskets, pans, and other production tools
• Cleaning and sanitizing truck boxes
• Proper usage of cleaning tools for the lines
• Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers

Education/Experience

None required; willing to teach people with good attitudes
