Qualifications

• 1–2 years janitorial/sanitation experience in food industry
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Working knowledge of sanitation practices and programs (GMP/COP/CIP)
• Excellent communication and teaming skills
• Must be bilingual

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated leadership of sanitation programs and continuous improvement.
• Supervise daily operations of the porter employees.
• Ensure porter crew is trained in AIB and GMP/food safety.
• Audit training programs and monitor compliance.
• Prepare reports on inspections and corrective actions.
