Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Massillon, OH is seeking a sanitation leader who plans, organizes, and directs sanitation practices to ensure timely start-ups and compliance with quality and safety requirements.

You will supervise the sanitation team, develop training, enforce safety standards, coordinate with production and other departments, and strive to minimize waste while maintaining excellent hygiene.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with 1–3 years directing a work group.
• Experience in sanitation leadership is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation activities to ensure start-ups meet requirements.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation manuals and safety standards.
• Coordinate staffing and training for the sanitation department.
• Develop and present training sessions.
• Monitor productivity and minimize waste.
• Maintain accurate time and payroll records.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
