Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in the Louisville, KY area. The role requires leading sanitation programs, training team members, and ensuring compliance with USDA and FDA standards.

The candidate should be prepared for rotating schedules and collaborate with plant leadership on continuous improvement. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of progressive sanitation experience and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in sanitation.
• Knowledge of HACCP plans.
• Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations.
• Wet and Dry cleaning experience; knowledge of the 7 steps of sanitation.
• Working knowledge of total productive maintenance (TPM).
• Understanding of microbiology related to sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all plant sanitation programs, including training team members and monitoring effectiveness.
• Develop and execute daily/weekly sanitation activities to maintain a clean, safe production environment.
• Manage sanitation systems and documentation (Master Cleaning Schedule, SSOPs, Environmental Monitoring Program).
• Collaborate with plant leadership to improve sanitation performance and support goals.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and corrective actions; ensure timely completion.
