Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in sanitation/quality
• Experience with FSMA, SQF, Organic, and Gluten-Free certifications
• Strong knowledge of HACCP/PCQI frameworks
• Experience with ERP, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC
• Proficient with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve sanitation programs across the facility.
• Supervise sanitation team across shifts with strong safety focus.
• Support certification requirements (FSMA, SQF, Organic, Gluten-Free).
• Monitor sanitation activities for quality and safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S programs.
• Train staff on SSOPs and sanitation procedures.
• Partner with Quality and Operations to meet goals.
• Provide leadership during sanitation deviations and implement corrective actions.
