The Hershey Company is hiring an Assoc Mgr Food Quality & Safety at our Bluffton, IN facility to lead sanitation programs and supervise a multi-shift team. You will ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards and drive continuous improvement across sanitation processes.

You will support FSMA, SQF, Organic and Gluten-Free certifications, train staff on SSOPs, and collaborate with Quality and Operations to meet regulatory and business goals.

Competenze

• Proven leadership skills; ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across departments.
• Ability to initiate and implement process improvements with limited resources.
• Strong understanding of biological, chemical, and physical hazards in a production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, corrective action, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills; experience with Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

• Lead and standardize sanitation programs, cleaning practices and sanitation initiatives.
• Supervise sanitation personnel across four shifts while promoting safety and food safety culture.
• Support FSMA, SQF, Organic and Gluten-Free certifications and related requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track sanitation performance metrics.
