This full-time role offers a competitive wage of $60,000-$83,000/year and requires availability around 3:00pm-12:00am Sunday through Thursday with Fri/Sat off.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining SOP/HACCP compliance, cleaning schedules, audits, and record-keeping in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include HS diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• Licensing preferred includes food safety, HACCP, CFPM, SQF, PCQI; forklift cert possible.
• First Aid and CPR certifications and safety training are required.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and lead staff to achieve location and personal goals.
• Assist with hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Ensure SOP and HACCP compliance in sanitation practices.
• Execute and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Conduct audits and inspections and address deficiencies.
• Maintain sanitation documentation and record-keeping.
• Train employees in sanitation procedures, chemical safety, and safety.
• Oversee pre-operational inspections and sanitation protocols.

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Sanitation Supervisor to help maintain the environment where we produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $60,000-$83,000/year.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 3:00pm-12:00am Sunday through Thursdays with Friday & Saturdays off.

SANITATION SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach, mentor, and lead staff to achieve location and personal goals
• Assist with hiring, training, performance evaluations, and overall staff development
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) as it relates to sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• Execute and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
• Conduct audits and inspections, addressing deficiencies as needed
• Maintain sanitation documentation and record-keeping practices
• Train and develop employees in sanitation procedures, chemical safety, and department safety
• Oversee compliance with pre-operational inspections and sanitation protocols

MINIUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education
   1. Required: High School diploma or equivalent
   2. Desired: Associate's or bachelor's degree in management, general business, food science or operations
2. Licensing Preferred:
   1. Food Safety, HACCP, CFPM, SQF, PCQI
      1. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
3. First Aid and CPR certifications
   1. Lock Out Tag Out training Scissor Lift Training
4. Experience
   1. Two to four years supervisor experience of 10 or more employees
   2. Three or more years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing setting
   3. Ability to read, write, or speak in English and/or Spanish
