Job summary

Red Gold LLC is seeking a supervisor to oversee plant sanitation, ensuring clean end-of-production conditions and compliance with safety standards.

You will document cleaning activities, manage chemical orders, and write procedures for production lines while directing the pest control program and coordinating with production management.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Food Science, Management/Supervision, or equivalent.
• 2-4 years’ experience in Sanitation / Supervision – food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, equipment operation, & chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of sanitation of the plant and end-of-production cleaning.
• Documentation of what has been cleaned and when.
• Order chemicals and janitorial supplies.
• Write and update cleaning procedures for production lines.
• Manage and direct pest control program.

Requirements for Success:

• 4 year degree in Food Science, Management/Supervision, or equivalent
• Certified PCO, preferred
• 2-4 years’ experience in Sanitation &/or Supervision – food industry preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, equipment operation, & chemicals

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
