Job summary

Red Gold, Inc. in Geneva, Indiana is looking for a dedicated individual to supervise the Clean Up and Sanitation of the plant. The role includes overseeing cleaning processes, managing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in Sanitation &/or Supervision - food industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, equipment operation, & chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Clean Up / Sanitation of the Plant.
• Document what has been cleaned and when.
• Order Chemicals and Janitorial Supplies.
• Write & Update Cleaning Procedures for production lines.
• Manage and direct pest control program.

What You'll Do:

• Cleaning at the end of production
• The Production Manager is a back-up for this position

Paperwork

• Documentation of what has been cleaned and when

• Order Chemicals and Janitorial Supplies
• Write & Update Cleaning Procedures for production lines
• Manage and direct pest control program

Vendor Relations

Requirements for Success:

• 4 year degree in Food Science, Management/Supervision, or equivalent
• Certified PCO, preferred
• 2-4 years' experience in Sanitation &/or Supervision - food industry preferred
