Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a Site Sanitation Supervisor to lead sanitation operations at a client facility in the United States. You will ensure 100% sanitation compliance and train the sanitation team to the highest standards.

You will coordinate shifts, assign tasks, manage records and payroll, and drive continuous improvements in sanitation practices and procedures to deliver safe, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUS.
• Microsoft Office and general computer competency.
• Ability to work weekends and different shifts.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• USDA experience PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Interface with valued customer, meeting their daily requests and project planning, creating and dispersing reports, and participating in plant audits.
• Designate shift and area work assignments ensuring work is carried out in a proper and orderly manner.
• Develop and maintain project lists for the project crew.
• Ability to provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain all pertinent records, reports and paperwork as needed.
• Handle payroll including payroll reports.
• Administrating, supervising, and coordinating sanitation employees for Night shift-4 to 5 days per week.
• Ensuring the highest level of sanitation, safety, and quality for the products produced.
• Monitors and evaluates plant sanitation practices, processes and methods
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and MSS (Master Sanitation Schedule)
• Attends meetings that have an impact on sanitation planning and effectiveness
• Supports and implements processes and system improvements to continually provide the lowest cost, highest quality and on-time delivery initiatives, while maintaining optimum sanitary conditions Develops and recommends continually facility and equipment improvements and cleaning procedures

About The Position
