Job summary

McKee Foods Corporation seeks a Sanitation Specialist to join our Environmental Services team. You will clean areas and equipment per the Master Sanitation System, rotating across zones with high-pressure cleaners to prevent bacteria and mold growth.

You will train new staff, ensure proper sanitation during changeovers, and work in hot ovens or cold freezers, lifting 20–50 lbs. Safety gear and strict protocols are required in this loud environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with good communication and safety awareness.
• Able to lift 20–50 lbs and work in hot and cold environments.
• Willing to work extended shifts and additional days as needed.
• Must follow safety protocols and maintain good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize areas and equipment per Master Sanitation System.
• Rotate between areas using high-pressure cleaning systems.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures.
• Ensure proper sanitation during changeovers in ovens and freezers.
• Work in loud environments and around machinery, following safety protocols.
