Job summary

Shifts available: 2nd and 3rd, with potential overtime based on production needs. Responsibilities include following standard cleaning procedures, safely handling cleaning agents, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Cheese/food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to overtime as needed.
• Good attendance record and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and work areas using approved cleaning agents and tools.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning and sanitization as needed.
• Follow cleaning procedures to meet food safety regulations and prevent cross-contamination.
• Document cleaning activities and logs as required by quality control standards.
