Torani (R. Torre & Co.) is seeking a dependable sanitation team member in San Leandro to keep production clean, safe, and audit-ready. You will follow CIP procedures, sanitize surfaces and equipment, and maintain accurate sanitation records while working closely with Production and QA teams.

The role emphasizes safety, PPE and lockout/tagout compliance, and clear communication. The shift is 3rd, Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with potential overtime and a $1.50 shift differential,

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• M-F, 3rd Shift: 9:00PM - 5:30AM; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow CIP and sanitize surfaces and equipment.
• Enter accurate data during CIP cycles.
• Maintain sanitation logs and records.
• Communicate clearly to keep team aligned and audit-ready.
