Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties in office areas, guard shacks and break rooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitation tasks.
• Maintain sanitary conditions, collect and dispose of trash daily, and clean up spills.
• Clean restrooms, restocking supplies and ensuring surfaces are kept sanitary.
• Maintain floors, parking areas, and common areas; report safety issues to supervisor.
• Complete daily cleaning logs to document sanitation activities and operations.
