Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-year warehouse related experience and/or training.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Read and write simple correspondence.
• Speak effectively with co-workers and in small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties throughout the facility including dusting, sweeping, washing, mopping, and related cleaning tasks.
• Maintain sanitary conditions, collect and dispose of trash, and clean spills daily.
• Clean coolers, floors, aisles, and mezzanine areas; scrub floors in multiple warehouse zones.
• Operate and maintain floor care using power equipment in assigned areas.
• Assist with recycling and stretch wrap processes; transport materials to balers, bale, and pallet for shipment.
• Dust and vacuum warehouse racks; remove cobwebs to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Restrooms cleaning and restocking supplies as needed to maintain hygiene.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
