Job summary

Campbell Soup Company in Richmond, UT is seeking a Plant Services Sanitation Technician to maintain a clean, safe food manufacturing environment. You will sanitize equipment, perform facility cleaning, and support sanitation programs to meet standards and safety requirements.

This role offers a path to promotion to Plant Services Specialist after required training and good standing. Weekend work and varied days off are expected to support production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow sanitation procedures, safety requirements, and food safety standards.
• Ability to safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals according to established procedures.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to complete and maintain required certifications and training, including: Lockout/Tagout Fall Protection Aerial Lift Operation Confined Space Safety.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation of food processing equipment in accordance with SSOPs.
• Complete end-of-production, end-of-week, equipment changeover, facility sanitation tasks.
• Follow GMPs, safety requirements, and food safety standards at all times.
• Wear and maintain required PPE.
• Operate auto floor scrubbers and other sanitation equipment.
• Support sanitation schedules and master sanitation plans.
• Report sanitation, safety, or equipment concerns to leadership.
