• Five years’ experience in Food Manufacturing Quality/Sanitation.
• Experience with HACCP and sanitation programs.

• Prior management experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work outside primary responsibilities to support the business.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling of sanitation personnel to meet daily sanitation requirements efficiently.
• Track employee time, write performance reviews, and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure all sanitation activities for processing equipment follow SSOPs.
• Coordinate chemical and safety training for direct reports.
• Assist in purchasing sanitation supplies and operating within budget.
• Maintain proper chemical concentrations and temperatures for effective cleaning.
• Promote safety to ensure a safe work environment.
