• Ensure all sanitation activities for processing equipment follow SSOPs.
• Coordinate chemical and safety training for direct reports.
• Assist in purchasing sanitation supplies and operating within budget.
• Maintain proper chemical concentrations and temperatures for effective cleaning.
• Promote safety to ensure a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Daily scheduling of sanitation personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to meet all daily sanitation requirements in a productive and cost-efficient manner.
• Track employee time, write performance reviews, and administer disciplinary actions if necessary.
• Ensure all scheduled plant sanitation activities for processing equipment is executed as defined in the SSOPs.
• Help coordinate appropriate chemical and safety training for all direct reports.
• Assist in overseeing the purchasing of sanitation supplies and operating within budget.
• Ensure proper concentrations of chemicals, and temperatures are reached to maintain effective cleaning.
• Promote safety to ensure a safe work environment.
