Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 4+ years in food, dairy or beverage manufacturing.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Hands-on work experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage plant cleaning, sanitation, pest control, and compliance with GMPs and all regulations.
• Supervise sanitation programs and ensure adherence to sanitation policies.
• Work across shifts to cover sanitation needs.
• Audit cleaning systems, track and report sanitation activities.
• Prepare monthly reports on inspections and violations; address deficiencies.
• Develop and train sanitation and GMP programs for employees.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedule to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with chemical suppliers on sanitation improvements and costs.
