Job summary

Naturpak is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Operator for the 2nd shift at our Janesville, Wisconsin facility. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across production areas, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas.

Key duties include cleaning, disinfecting, mopping, restocking, deep cleaning, responding to spills, and operating floor cleaning machines while following SDS, safety, and PPE procedures. Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Initiative and ability to identify and complete tasks independently.
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to start as early as 6:30 AM; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, mop, sweep, and vacuum all assigned areas, and remove trash and waste.
• Clean and restock restrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, offices, and the breakroom.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning such as wall washing, vents, and blinds.
• Respond promptly and safely to spills and unexpected incidents.
• Operate floor cleaning machines, buffers, and wet/dry vacuums.
• Follow all SDS, safety, and environmental procedures, including required PPE.
