Job summary

Ipm Foods is seeking a dedicated House Keeper at our Janesville, WI facility to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across production areas, offices, and common spaces. You will play a key role in supporting GMP compliance and ensuring a positive workplace for all employees.

You will perform routine cleaning, restock restrooms, respond to spills, operate floor cleaning equipment, and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to start as early as 6:30 AM; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, mop, sweep, and vacuum all assigned areas, and remove trash and waste.
• Clean and restock restrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, offices, and the breakroom.
• Perform periodic deep cleaning such as wall washing, vents, and blinds.
• Respond promptly and safely to spills and unexpected incidents.
• Operate floor cleaning machines, buffers, and wet/dry vacuums.
• Follow all SDS, safety, and environmental procedures, including required PPE.

The House Keeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the Naturpak facility, including production areas, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas. This role plays a key part in supporting GMP compliance and creating a positive workplace for all employees.
