Lakeside Foods, Inc is seeking a production team member for sanitation in Owatonna, MN. You will help maintain clean and safe production areas, follow GMPs, and participate in daily pre-ops sanitation forms. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to Lakeside's standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish) but not required.
• Through individual and team efforts, work toward continuous improvement of job and Lakeside as a whole.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety procedures are observed.
• Follow good manufacturing practices established at the location.
• Complete pre-ops sanitation forms daily.
• Assist in cleaning when needed and in starting equipment after cleanup.
• Operate pressure hose for sanitation functions.
• Work as a team and handle tasks per manager's guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance to established standards.
• Know MSDS sheets and labels for small containers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure the safety procedures are observed
• Incorporate good manufacturing practices established at the location
• Performs and fills out the pre-ops sanitation forms each day
• Must be able to fill in or assist in cleaning when needed
• Assist in filling and starting of equipment after clean up is performed
• Ability to use a pressure hose for sanitation functions
• Ability to work as a team and do various tasks recommended by the manager
• Ensure the area is in compliance with established standards in cleanliness and appearance
• Must have knowledge of M.S.D.S. Sheets and labels for small containers
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested by manager.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures
• Notify manager immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Bilingual preferred, not required. (Spanish)
