Job summary

The candidate will train staff, supervise the use of shop equipment, and guarantee adherence to standards and procedures while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of increasingly responsible automotive and equipment mechanical experience.
• CDL license within six (6) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, train, and review the work of staff responsible for mechanical repairs.
• Plan, direct, and participate in the full range of complex mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
• Supervise the use of and operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Train assigned employees in mechanical work methods and equipment use.
• Verify work for accuracy, methods, and compliance with standards.
