Qualifications

• Technical college or equivalent training in equipment maintenance.
• 5+ years in the maintenance field.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) and basic math.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call as required.
• Must obtain and maintain TWIC card.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mechanic teams for plant maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Monitor maintenance activities to meet internal/external commitments.
• Maintain safe working conditions and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance with engineers, planners, and operations.
• Recommends repairs or modifications to equipment.
• Maintain and manage maintenance records and SAP work orders.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
