Job summary

Johnsonville, LLC is seeking an established Coach to lead and develop Members, driving continuous improvement in sanitation, safety, and productivity. The role focuses on building talent, implementing Lean Six Sigma methods, and guiding teams to achieve world-class standards in a food manufacturing environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and a track record in leadership, budgeting, and sanitation principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (experience and business knowledge may be considered for internal candidates).
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership/coaching role with proven development of Members.
• Minimum 2 years of sanitation principles preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, capital planning, and productivity improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Johnsonville Way and develop a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Manage performance issues, annual reviews, and engagement outcomes.
• Lead zero-incident Health and Safety initiatives.
• Oversee sanitation programs, pest control, environmental swabs, and pre-operational swab compliance with USDA standards.
• Lead capital planning, budgeting, and strategic planning for Sanitation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Service.
• Develop and maintain hiring, training, and onboarding for sanitation team.
• Identify and implement metrics for sanitation success.
