Johnsonville, LLC. in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Sanitation Coach to lead a team of Members, driving zero incidents and continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity.

You will develop strategies, manage capital planning and budgeting, mentor leaders, and shape an engaging culture aligned with the Johnsonville Way to achieve best-in-class results. This role requires coaching, accountability, and a passion for talent development across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a leadership/coaching role.
• Minimum 2 years sanitation experience preferred.
• Budgeting, capital planning, and productivity improvements experience preferred.
• Prior sanitation leadership preferred.
• Experience in the food industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Johnsonville Way and promote personal learning and development.
• Accountable for member performance, annual reviews, and engagement surveys.
• Develop a zero-incidents Health & Safety culture.
• Lead sanitation programs, pest control, and pre-op swab compliance to USDA standards.
• Manage capital planning, budgeting, and strategic planning for sanitation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Service.
• Develop and maintain hiring, training, and onboarding for sanitation team.
• Identify and implement metrics of success for sanitation practices.
