The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in a leadership role, and 2+ years in sanitation. Budgeting, capital planning, and productivity improvements are preferred. Travel minimal; Johnsonville values growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; internal candidates considered with related knowledge.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership/coaching role developing Members.
• Minimum 2 years in sanitation principles preferred.
• Experience budgeting, capital planning, and productivity improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Johnsonville Way and foster personal learning and development.
• Accountable for member performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Develop and lead sanitation programs aligned with USDA standards.
• Manage capital planning, budgeting, and strategic sanitation plans.
