Johnsonville, LLC. in Wisconsin is seeking an established Coach to lead the Sanitation team, develop members, and drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma practices. You will shape strategies, coach leaders, and ensure operational excellence across sanitation functions.

The role oversees budgeting, capital planning, and safety programs to meet USDA standards. It requires a 3rd shift (9:00pm–5:00am) with up to 10% travel and a strong emphasis on talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; internal candidates considered with experience.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership/coaching role with proven ability to develop Members.
• Minimum 2 years in sanitation principles preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, capital planning, and productivity improvements preferred.
• Prior sanitation leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in the food industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursue zero incidents in Health and Safety.
• Lead sanitation programs, master sanitation schedule, pest control, swabs to ensure USDA standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
• Develop hiring, training and onboarding for sanitation team.
• Identify and implement metrics of success for sanitation practices.

Position Overview

An established Coach who demonstrates and lives the Johnsonville Way, engaging members to build their God-given talents to achieve business results. This position will leverage your leadership expertise and experiences in the areas of continuous improvement, project management, and building people to develop strategies and tactics that ensure successful execution and achieve the required results. This will be accomplished by asking rich questions that guide members to take ownership and utilize their talents to achieve their vision of the best company in the world.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and advocate the Johnsonville Way every day by promoting and instilling a culture of personal learning and professional development of oneself, Team Leaders, and Members within the department or facility
• Accountable for member performance issues, annual reviews, performance development commitment (PDC's), and Member Engagement Survey Results
• Develop a culture where all members, practices, and systems are directed towards the pursuit of zero incidents in Health and Safety
• Lead continuous improvement programs around the facility master sanitation schedule, pest control program, best practices, environmental swabs, and pre-operational swab compliance to ensure compliance with USDA standards
• Develop, manage, and execute capital planning, budgeting, and strategic planning for the Sanitation area
• Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the critical end states (Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Service)
• Develop and maintain a world-class hiring, training, and onboarding program for new and existing members to achieve a high performing Sanitation team
• Lead efforts to identify and implement metrics of success as it relates to our sanitation practices ;

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required (experience and business knowledge will be considered for internal candidates)

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years experience in a leadership/coaching role with proven expertise in developing Members to higher levels of responsibility required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sanitation principles preferred
• Knowledge, experience, and successful execution in budgeting, capital planning, and productivity improvements preferred
• Prior Sanitation Leadership experience preferred
• Experience in the food industry is preferred

Other Requirements

• Shift: 3rd Shift 9:00pm - 5:00am with flexibility to work across shifts as needed
• Travel: 10% of your time
